1. Why can't I pay with a credit card?
Your cost to register using a credit card would be $9.60. The Committee would also realize additional processing costs. To save registrants and the Committee money, we chose to accept only E-Transfers.

2. Is there any other option to pay?
Our preferred method of payment is E-Transfer - if this is not possible, please private message the committee to discuss.
3. Can I stay at a different hotel?
You're free to choose your own accommodations, however, for your convenience all events will be located at the Westin. The Westin is a top rated hotel situated in an excellent location for exploring the city.

The Westin has offered us fantastic group pricing rates and we are required to fill our block of rooms to offset the cost of the events. If you have any further questions about accommodations please get in touch with the committee!
4. I can only make it for one night. Is that possible?
This was discussed in length at our last committee meeting, and after going through many scenarios, we realized how difficult this would be to monitor, therefore we will not offer individual pricing for attending one night.
